How much is shipping?

Domestic

Domestic orders are processed Monday through Friday, within up to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods—such as new product launches or seasonal sales—processing may take a bit longer due to high order volume.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method at this time. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your destination. Please note: the estimated delivery date shown at checkout does not include processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number and shipping details.

To maintain a seamless experience, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We kindly recommend reviewing all billing and shipping information carefully before checking out—especially when using express checkout options like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

International

Yes, Adonis King offers international shipping. To see which countries we ship to and shop in your local currency, please select the icon in the top right corner of the website. This will update available payment methods and calculate any applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout based on your selected region.

Please note that the estimated delivery date shown at checkout does not include processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 3 business days to ship. During high-volume periods such as sales or collection launches, processing times may be longer.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes. At checkout, you’ll have the option to select expedited shipping for faster delivery. We offer express and priority options to ensure your Adonis King order arrives when you need it. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. To ensure secure and timely delivery, please use a physical street address when placing your order.

Will I be charged VAT taxes?

Yes. For international orders, we calculate and collect any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees during checkout, so you’ll know the total landed cost before you pay. Your package should clear customs without further charges.

If your local authority imposes unexpected surcharges beyond what we collected, those would be the recipient’s responsibility. Orders fulfilled from our UK / EU facility already include the standard 20 % VAT in the price shown at checkout.

Do you alert us once our order ships?

Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you!

Where do I get tracking info?

An email with tracking details will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out!

Have not received my order yet, now what?

First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please allow a few more days. Sometimes products are delivered late by DHL or scanned delivered by mistake. Then call or email us regarding the whereabouts of your order!

WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING PROCESS?

Ordering process is simply 4 quick steps:

2. Enter your billing and shipping information
3. Select shipping method
4. Checkout

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including all necessary details such as abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or building numbers, and route information (if applicable). We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once placed. If a mistake is made, the customer will need to place a new order with the correct information.

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?

Enter your coupon code inside you shopping cart! Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout! You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days*.

*Due to significant shipping volumes your order may experience delays in delivery.

*Some rural addresses may take longer for delivery.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed. Please also make sure to always check your spam/junk folder.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your item is eligible for a return, you may request a return label within 14 days from the shipping date via our Returns Portal

Any requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

*Non eligible returns include final sale, used, worn or altered items.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- We do not process direct exchanges; a new order will need to be placed for the desired item.

- Final SALE items are not eligible for online, refund, or exchange. *All items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

- Items returned must be in their original condition unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with labels/360 ID tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which have been received damaged or defective can be returned.

- Any shipping fee such as Express shipping will not be refunded.

- We are not responsible for any drop-off charges.

- Face masks are not eligible for a return.

REQUEST AN ONLINE RETURN?

1) Click on this link to our Returns Portal.

2) Fill out the form using your order number and the email address associated with it.

3) Click on "Find your Order" button and complete the provided steps. An email will be sent to you with a pre-paid return label once your return is approved. This can take up to 72 business hours.

4) Print (2) copies of the label, attach one outside the box and include one inside the box.

5) Take your return to your nearest drop off point or book your collection.

If you drop off your package at a post office or FedEx ship center, please keep the drop off receipt as proof in case the package doesn't reach our warehouse. Please, note that we are not responsible for any drop-off charges.

We accept payments from International billing addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
