Every Adonis King bag, apparel item, and accessory is backed by our Manufacturer Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product under normal use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Adonis King may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue store credit if a repair or replacement is not possible. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging of materials, cosmetic changes, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations, or products purchased through unauthorized retailers. Variations in natural materials, including leather grain and texture, are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. Our Manufacturer Warranty reflects our dedication to creating luxury products that are designed to be carried, worn, and appreciated for years to come.

To evaluate the validity of a warranty claim, Adonis King reviews each product to determine whether the item qualifies under our Manufacturer Warranty. Customers must provide proof of purchase and confirm that the product was purchased directly from Adonis King or an authorized Adonis King retailer. Our team will assess whether the reported issue is the result of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship rather than normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or misuse. If the product is determined, at the sole discretion of Adonis King, to have a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, we will repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide store credit if repair or replacement is not available. If the original style, color, or product is no longer available, Adonis King will work with the customer to identify the closest available replacement option. Products determined to have damage resulting from normal use, natural aging, or conditions outside the scope of our warranty will be returned in its current condition.

The Adonis King Manufacturer Warranty is subject to the following limitations:

This warranty applies only to Adonis King products purchased directly from Adonis King or through an authorized Adonis King retailer. Adonis King is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during shipment of products submitted for warranty evaluation or repair.

The following conditions are excluded from coverage under this warranty:

• Damage caused by accidents, improper care, misuse, abuse, neglect, or alterations made to the product after purchase.
• Damage resulting from failure to follow Adonis King care instructions, including improper storage, cleaning, maintenance, or handling.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including natural aging of materials, surface marks, fading, stretching, or changes in texture.
• Damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.
• Damage resulting from exposure to solvents, chemicals, extreme conditions, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
• Damage caused by third-party products, accessories, or repairs not performed by Adonis King or an authorized service provider.
• Natural variations in premium materials, including leather grain, texture, and color variation, which are unique characteristics of authentic materials and not considered defects.
• Warranty coverage is void if product labels, identification tags, or authenticity markings have been removed or altered.

Repairs are subject to the availability of replacement materials and components, including but not limited to hardware, zippers, buttons, and other construction elements. While Adonis King will make every effort to maintain the original appearance and integrity of the product, we cannot guarantee an exact match in materials, colors, or components due to variations in availability and natural material characteristics.

Approved repairs will typically be completed and returned within 2–8 weeks after the product has been received by Adonis King’s Warranty Department. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and availability of required materials.

Adonis King remains committed to preserving the quality, craftsmanship, and longevity of every piece we create.

Normal wear and tear refers to the natural changes that occur through regular use over time and are not considered manufacturing defects covered under the Adonis King Manufacturer Warranty. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Natural fading or color changes caused by regular use, friction, sunlight exposure, or aging of materials.
• Surface marks, scratches, scuffs, or patina development on leather and other premium materials resulting from everyday use.
• Natural softening, creasing, or changes in shape as materials adapt through wear.
• Minor stains, marks, or discoloration caused by everyday handling or exposure.
• Faint odors that may develop through regular use, storage, or environmental exposure.
• Fraying, stretching, or slight deterioration of fabric, trims, edges, or stitching caused by normal use.
• Wear to hardware components, including zippers, clasps, buckles, buttons, or other functional elements over time.
• Damage caused by repeated friction, improper handling, or conditions outside recommended care instructions.

Adonis King products are designed to develop character and reflect the journey of the individual who carries or wears them. Natural aging, material evolution, and signs of personal use are considered part of the product’s story and are not classified as defects.

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed. Please also make sure to always check your spam/junk folder.

Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed after checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or modify the delivery address. If you wish to hold your package, you can contact FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339 to request a hold on your package at the nearest FedEx shipping center. Please bring your ID to collect your package. If you no longer want your item, you can issue a return following our return policy.

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item. We invite you to sign up to ''Get Notified'' regarding your item, as we accept returns and/or inventory can change regularly.

When a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product is not yet in stock but is available to purchase. You will be charged once your order ships, or before your payment authorization expires. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time of purchase. Please be aware that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change.

Your order may have been canceled immediately after placing it for a few reasons: sometimes, there might have been issues with payment processing, such as insufficient funds or payment method verification, which can lead to automatic cancellation. In this case, we advise to reach out to your financial institution, or to try with a different payment method. Also, we conduct security checks to prevent fraudulent transactions, and if an order fails these checks, it may be canceled immediately. If you have any concerns or your order was canceled unexpectedly, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
