Adonis King Return & Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like to return or exchange it. Pack the item securely with the Tags intact and drop it off using your preferred mail carrier.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

The majority of refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Adonis King will cover shipping costs for customer returns. Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

All returned items must have the original Tags attached to be eligible.

Exchanges

We now offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different color or style, you may request an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please Note

  • Items must be returned unused with all ADONIS KING tags, and designer labels attached.

  • Items that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

  • If your item is eligible, you may request a prepaid return label within 30 days of the shipping date via our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Final sale items

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items missing labels or tags

  • Face masks

  • Items discounted 40% off or more are final sale

  • Original shipping fees (including Express) are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for any drop-off charges

Items received damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged.
